The Impact of trade:
Along the Silk Road many goods were exchanged between ancient China and other societies. Some imports included: medicines, slaves, furs, glassware, spices, precious and semi-precious stones such as lapis lazuli, jade, gold and silver. Some of the exports exports included: silk, salt, cattle, dried fish, iron, hand-crafted pots and figurines, tea, gun-powder.
